In this week’s Time to Model™ story, we’re sharing a manufacturer’s perspective on why modeler feedback is so important to delivering prototypically correct scale models.
As an example, thanks to your input and some great 90s video footage by well-known YouTuber, Rich Frey, we learned that Wisconsin Central’s ditch lights flashed when the bell, not the horn, was activated. Working with customer feedback in mind, we were able to get this detail right before delivery of the SDL39s.
